Tyler Earl Huskins, 25 of Silver Creek, was arrested at The Store on Park Avenue after reports said he was found there after store hours.
Reports added that while speaking to Huskins it was disscovered that he had an active warrant for his arrest. During a pat down, police said they found a bag of suspected meth in his pocket. Huskins then allegedly told police that he had consumed the drug earlier in the day.
Huskins is charged with possession of meth and contempt of superior court.
