Eric McNeil, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found a synthetic marijuana cigarette on him during a traffic stop.
Reports stated that McNeil was pulled over at the intersection of Martha Berry and Coligni Way for not wearing a seat belt when officers saw the drug.
McNeil is charged with not wearing a seat belt and possession of synthetic marijuana.
