Jadi Morris Strickland, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he refused to leave Planet Fitness on Redmond Circle after having previously been banned from the location.
Reports said that the manager pleaded with Strickland to leave before being forced to call authorities.
The incident occurred jut before 7am.
Strickland is charged with criminal trespass.
