Ana Luceria Vasquez Perez, 41 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving drunk with a child under the age of 14 years in her car.
Police said that they stopped Perez on the Loop at Calhoun Avenue for failing to maintain her lane when they noticed two opened bottles of alcohol in the floorboard.
Perez is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, open container and failure to maintain lane.
