A 62 year-old Rome woman, who had been banned from Floyd County, Theresa Lynn Duffey, was arrested this week after she was found back living in Rome.
Reports said that investigators found Duffey living at the Budget Inn on Martha Berry Blvd after being spotted walking across the road to the Race Trac store.
Duffey is charged with felony probation violation.
