Theresa Lynn Duffey, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after allegedly stealing from Wendy’s restaurant on Martha Berry Blvd. Reports said that Duffey placed $30 of products in her pocket and walked out without paying for it. Duffey is charged with theft by taking.
