Chance Ellison Coffman, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found outside a home on Collier Road yelling obscene and vulgar things at a woman.
Reports added that Coffman’s actions caused a “breach of peace” to the community.
Coffman is charged with disorderly conduct.
