Amy Sue Bailey, 46 of Summerville, was arrested this week after reports said she left a THC vape in the bookbag of her minor child, who attended Armuchee Primary School.
Reports added that Bailey’s actions disregarded the safety to of the victim and those around him.
Bailey is charged with reckless conduct.
