For the second time in a month, Dax Corbin Clement, 49 of Rome, has been arrested for stalking a 50 year-old woman.
Reports said that Clement has repeatedly violated a court to stay away from the victim before going to her home on Lakespur Lane.
Clement is charged with aggravated stalking.

Dax Corbin Clement, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman.
Police added that Clement drove a vehicle on an expired registration while stalking the victim.

Dax Corbin Clement, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly burst into a home on Larkspur Lane and attacked a woman and a man with a knife.
Reports said that he sliced the victims on the neck and face with the weapon.
Police added that the victim had previously taken a restraining order out against Clement.
The incident also occurred in front of a 13 year-old child.
Clement is charged with two counts aggravated assault, aggravated stalking, and cruelty to children.

Reports stated that the incident occurred at a home on Larkspur Lane.
Clement is charged with battery.
