A 37 year-old Rome woman, Samantha Dawn Compton, has been arrested for the second time in a month for not sending her child to school.
Reports said that Compton was arrested on March 14th after her child missed 72 days of school, 39 of those unexcused.
Police added that after Compton was jailed the child still continued to miss days of school.
Compson is charged with the mandatory education of children.
