Theresa Jennings, 27, of Gaylesville, Alabama was arrested in Rome this week for loitering.
According to police, Jennings was found to be intoxicated inside of a car that did not belong to her. The car was also on private property.
Jennings is charged with loitering or prowling and public drunk.
