Vincal Owens, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found distributing drugs out of a home on Olmstead Street.
Police stated that a search warrant resulted in officers finding crack cocaine, hydrocodone, and oxycodone that were not in their original containers.
Officers added that they also found digital scales and packaging materials used to distribute the drugs.
Owens is charged with possession of cocaine, two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, drugs not in original container, possession of drug related objects.
