Rome Woman Jailed for Trying to Stab Another in Face

Bridgett Yvette Burgin, 64 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she tried to kill a 45 year-old at a location on North 5^th Avenue.

Reports said that Burgin “thrusted a knife in a stabbing motion at the face of the victim”.

Burgin is charged with aggravated assault.
