Matthew Thurman Sosebee, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed a tracking device on a 29 year-old woman’s car and then followed it to her location.
Police added that Sosebee then told the woman via text message that “I told you I’d get your bit** A**”.
Sosebee is charged with stalking and harassing communications.
