A 58 year-old homeless Rome man, Kenneth Banard Chambers, was arrested this week after reports said he used a golf club and a knife to attack a 32 year-old man.
Police said that Chambers chased the victim with the golf club and a knife on the Riverside Parkway walking trail.
The victim stated that Chambers repeatedly told him that he was going to kill him.
Chambers is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts along with probation violation.
