Amanda Nichole Miller, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said police discovered she lied about being attacked by a man.
Reports said that Miller misled police by making dishonest and false statements about a man choking her during a dispute.
Miller is charged with false report of a crime and probation violation.
