Malachi Alexander Williams, 20 of Summerville, was arrested this week for his role in a gang robbery and assault that occurred on Pine Street back on October 15th of last year.
Reports said that Williams, along with Justin Beckworth, Charles Adams and Jakobe Adams used a gun to commit an armed robbery. Reports added that they pointed a gun at another’s head and stole their cash and cellphone. The victim then punched and kicked repeatedly. He was treated for injuries to his head, face and body.
The men are part of a gang called Real Northside Babies.
Williams is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, battery, false imprisonment, unlawful participation in street gang activity.
