Joshua Dion Forman, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he made “contact of an insulting or provoking nature” with a woman at a location on Reservoir Street.

Police said that Forman placed his hand in the victim’s face and made contact with her nose while yelling and threatening her.

He is also accused of entering the victim’s home without permission and intentionally kicking her television.  The incident occurred in front of a 1 and 16 year-old child.

Forman is charged with simple battery, cruelty to children in the 3rd degree, criminal trespass and failure to appear.
