Joshua Randall Smith, 37 of Centre, was arrested in Cave Spring this week after reports said he was found trespassing at a home he had been legally evicted from.
While taking him into custody, police said that they found him in possession of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe.
Smith is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and criminal trespass.
