A recent report from Receiver Brian Bojo, the assets of former Floyd County School maintenance director Derry Richardson has decreased over $30,000 since last month. The latest report said that Richardson`s assets total $983,352. His assets include over $1,200,000 in real estate, bank accounts, stocks, bonds and property. Richardson`s liabilities total $245,746.27 in the recent report.

Richardson is accused of stealing an estimated $600,000 from the school system.
His property was seized under the Georgia RICO act in April.
