Jakarious Juanteous Johnson, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted an employee at Peaches Bar on Broad Street.
Police said that Johnson placed the victim, a 37 year-old woman, in fear of her safety when she threatened to beat her up.
Reports added that Johnson’s threat was done with the “purpose of terrorizing” the victim.
Johnson is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats and acts.
