Rome Man Jailed After Stalking, Arguing with Woman During College Football Game

William Leviticus Self, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he bothered a woman while watching a college football game.

Reports said that Self violated a conditional bond to stay away from the victim when he repeatedly contacted the victim between October 10 and November 2^nd. 

Self was head on an audio recording having an argument with the victim while watching a college football game on October 10^th.   Self was heard yelling “very loudly” during the argument.

Sources indicated that the argument was during the Georgia vs Alabama football game.

Self is charged with stalking.
