Marcelo Anival Garcia Barrios, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit an unattended vehicle on Eugenia Circle.
Reports said that after striking the vehicle he did not attempt to locate its owner or leave a note for its owner.
Police added that after locating Barrios he was found in possession of an ID card issued by the state of Illinois that displayed a different date of birth than his actual date.
Barrios is charged with unlawful possession, display, or use of false, fraudulent, altered identification document and duty upon striking an unattended vehicle.
