Rome Woman Jailed for Bank Card Fraud at Vape, Alcohol Stores

Jessica Rene Creamer, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used another person’s bank card to make numerous purchases.

Reports said that Creamer charged $313 at the Calhoun Avenue Vape Shop back on July 5 and $515 at Chastain’s Regency Beverage on North Broad Street September 2^nd.

Creamer is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
