Woman Accused of Burning Boyfriend’s Shirt, Smashing Glasses and Biting, Hitting Him During Violent Outburst

Jada Baishun Trunyea Barnette, 24 of Lagrange,  was arrested in Rome after reports said she attacked a 22 year-old man and then burned his clothing.

Reports said that Barnette took the victim’s glasses and shattered them in the roadway of East 19^th Street

She is then accused of ripping off the man’s shirt and burning it.

Barnette then allegedly bit the victim on his arm and hit him on his body.  The victim reportedly suffered visible injuries to his face, arms and legs.

Police stated that the two had been in a relationship for six months.

Barnette is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
