A 23 year-old Rome man who was accused of stealing sexual enhancers last week, Joseph Benjamin Tharp, is now facing additional shoplifting charges.
Reports said that Tharp is accused of stealing a bottle of Cloud 7 katom pills from a store on New Calhoun Highway.
Tharp is also accused of being found at a location on Burlington Drive that he had been banned from.
Police listed the value of the item at $42.99.
Tharp is charged with criminal trespass and shoplifting.
