Joshua Charles Lipham, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold a stolen motorcycle.
Reports said that the 2013 Kawasaki, which was valued at $2,000, was sold back on August 13th for $1,000.
Lipham is charged with felony theft by deception and theft by receiving stolen property.
