John Joseph Lambert, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he smashed out his girlfriend’s front windshield.
Reports stated that Lambert punched the windshield from inside the car after getting into an argument with the victim in which he admitted to using drugs.
Lambert then proceeded to flee the scene on Harmony Road when law enforcement was called.
Lambert is charged with criminal trespass, and three counts failure to appear.
