Foncuyon Y Finley Sr, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was forced out of a home at gunpoint after he was found trespassing on property belonging to the NWGA Housing Authority.
Police said that they were dispatched to a home on Green and Gold Blvd due to Finley being inside. Finley had been banned from the property in February of 2025.
Officers stated that Finley refused to come out, requiring them to make entry. Reports added that “due to the circumstances of the call, Finley was brought out at gunpoint.”
Finley is charged with criminal trespass and two counts obstruction.
