Avery Dixie Josiah Sutton, 25 of Armuchee, was arrested on a felony drug charge following a traffic stop near the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and Hicks Drive.
Reports said that Sutton was pulled over after officers observed him driving without his headlights on after dark. During the stop, police said that they found Sutton to be in possession of a THC oil vape.
Sutton is charged with felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a headline requirement.
