Jason Lawrence Daly, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he nearly crashed into their patrol vehicle while being drunk on White Claw.
Police stated that Daly drove his vehicle across the yellow center line on Turner McCall Blvd and nearly hit them head-on.
After stopping Daily, officers said that they found an open White Claw on the floorboard. A search then resulted in officers finding a pill bottle without a label that housed alprazolam pills.
Daily is charged with DUI, drugs not in original container, open container, failure to maintain lane and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
