Christi Garrard Tribble, 59 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she neglected her 58 year-old husband in need.
Reports stated that Tribble left her husband in the floor of the bathroom after he had fail and used the bathroom on himself.
Police added that Tribble became combative and refused to place her hands behind her back during her arrest.
Tribble is charged with neglect of an elderly/disabled person and obstruction.
