Maynor Alberto Lope-Xiloj, 21, and Dennis Pedro Lopez Xiloj, 17, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they were found in possession of a stolen 2013 Toyota Scion on the 2500 block of Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that the vehicle, which is valued at $11.000, had been reported stolen on August 30.
During the arrest, Maynor was also found in possession of two Glock semi-automatic handguns, concealed in his waistband.
Both are charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
Maynor is additionally charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
