Delsha Miranda Tate, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of methamphetamine at a home on Maple Road in Lindale.
Reports added that Tate refused to follow lawful commands during her arrest. She is accused of pulling away and trying to run from officers.
Tate is charged with possession of methamphetamine and obstruction.
