Kayla Leigh Olive, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she threatened to “scatter a woman’s brains all over the pavement”.
Reports said that the incident occurred at a location on Dean Avenue.
Police added that the incident placed the victim in fear of harm and death for any potential future dealings with Olive due to the victim having current custody of the offender’s children.
Oilive is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
