Elmer Dan Hartline Jr, 64 of Rome, was arrested at Tasty Cakes on North Broad Street after reports said he exposed his sexual organs.
Reports said that Hartline was viewed on surveillance cameras at the Tasty Cakes removing all of his clothing and then defecating in the parking lot.
Hartline is charged with public indecency and probation violation.
