Jesse Trent Fowler, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman when he was found stalking her at a home on Dugger Road.
Reports said that Fowler violated a family protective order with the victim back in May. This came after he reportedly imprisoned the 28 year-old woman inside a home on Don Drive in April.
Last July, Fowler was accused of destroying his girlfriend’s property.
Fowler is charged with aggravated stalking.
