James David Fondaw, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated the term of his release as a sex offender.
Reports said that Fondaw failed to notify the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office of his residential move from his home on North Broad Street.
Fondaw is charged with sex offender registration.
