Jonathon Ty Davis, 42 of Rome, has been charged with felony theft by taking after allegedly stealing T Boss.
Reports said that Davis unlawfully took a 2020 Massimo T Boss 410, valued at $4,500, with the intent to deprive the owner of the property.
The incident reportedly occurred on June 15, 2025, at a residence located on Sands Springs Road in Rome.
Investigators say Davis took the vehicle without authority, meeting the threshold for felony prosecution under Georgia law.
