Amanda Broadfield, 46 of Rome, was arrestes this week after she was accused of making unwanted physical contact with a homeless man.
Officers say Broadfield shoved the victim, sparking what investigators described as “mutual combat” between the two. The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. at Broadfield’s residence.
Broadfield was charged with Simple battery.
