Julio Anthony Martinez, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he entered a home on Cave Spring Road without permission and assaulted two individuals.
Reports said that Martinez committed unspecified actions that caused a man and woman to be placed in fear of receiving serious harm.
Martinez is charged with two counts simple assault and criminal trespass.
