Jesse LeWayne Cosper, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed others’ lives in danger when he drove recklessly at a high rate of speed while weaving through traffic on SR 20.
Reports added that Cosper then refused to obey lawful commands. He was taken into custody at the intersection of SR 20 and Barker Roads.
Cosper is charged with reckless driving and obstruction.
