Jasmine Franceska Ruth Duncan, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to police during an investigation.
Reports said that after being pulled over at the intersection of East 8th and East 3rd Streets, Duncan gave officers a fake name and date of birth to conceal her identity.
Officers then discovered her true identity and that she had been driving on a suspended license.
Duncan is charged with giving false information to police, driving on a suspended license, brake light violation and probation violation.
