Donnie Lee Sutton, 54 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said he damaged a 23 yar-old woman’s vehicle during an altercation on New Rosedale Road.
Police said that during a domestic altercation, Sutton punched the hood of her vehicle.
Officers went on to say that Sutton pulled away from them multiple times while being placed in handcuffs.
Arresting officers went on to say that Sutton threatened to “whip his ass everyday of the week.”
Sutton is charged with criminal trespass, obstruction and terroristic threats/acts.
