An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Thomas Dustin Douglas, 31 of Rome, is facing new charges after reports said he was found in possession of synthetic marijuana, also known as “Spice”.
Douglas is now charged with felony possession of drugs by an inmate.
Douglas was arrested in 2025 for robbing someone at gunpoint on Gardner Drive.
