Tyler Kameron Dalloo, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fled the scene of an accident after causing a wreck.
Reports said that Dalloo struck a bridge on Old Summerville Road while he was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. Police added that Dalloo admitted that he had been on his cellphone when he crashed.
DAlloo is charged with hit and run, DUI, duty to report an accident and distracted hands free law.
