A 37 year-old Rome man, Brent Anthony Berry, who had been banned from the East Rome McDonald’s has been arrested for the second time for trespassing at the eatery.
Reports said that Berry was found sneaking around the restaurant just after midnight.
Berry is charged with criminal trespass.
