Tichina Alexis Pullum, 30 of Cartersville, was jailed in Rome after committing a hit and run near Spruce Street and Maple Road.
Reports said that Pullum purposely placed her car in reverse and struck another vehicle. She then fled the scene without giving a phone number or insurance information.
It was later discovered that Pullum had been driving on a suspended license.
Pullum is charged with hit and run, improper backing and driving on a suspended license.
