A true chef, Jo poured her heart into every dish she made. She loved cooking big meals, especially during the holidays when her home was full of family and friends. She was famous for her made from scratch biscuits and her dumplings. Feeding people was her way of showing love, and no one ever walked into her home without being urged to sit down and eat.
Jo had a sweetness and friendliness that made everyone feel welcome. She was independent, always on the move, and rarely seen sitting still for long. She also had a quick wit and good sense of humor that kept those around her laughing. She adored her family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. Her grand dogs, Tux and Thor, also held a special place in her heart and brought her great joy. Jo will be forever cherished, loved, and sorely missed.
