Demetrice Jermain Kennedy, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed his genitals to a 46 year-old woman at the Floyd County Jail.
Kennedy is charged with public indecency.
Kennedy, who was an inmate at the time of the act, was originally jailed back on June 8 for criminal damage to property and terroristic/threats and acts.
